Colouring Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
  • The colouring competition is open to individuals attending primary school.
  • Your primary school must use the voucher in conjunction with cycle right lessons.
  • Participants must attend primary school in County Tipperary.
  • There is no entry fee to participate in the competition.
  • Our Family members may not have their entries considered for judging.
2. Entry Requirements
  • Entries must be submitted by 29th September 2024, 11.59pm.
  • Artwork should be in keeping with the Cycle Right theme. (for inspiration feel free to browse through www.cycleright.ie)
  • The artwork must be coloured by the participant. Assistance from others will result in disqualification.
  • Only one entry per participant is allowed.
  • Artwork must be original and must not have been submitted for any other competition.
  • Entries should be submitted to [email protected].
3. Submission Guidelines
  • Participants may use any colouring medium (e.g., crayons, coloured pencils, paint, markers, etc.).
  • All entries must include the participant's name, age, school, and contact information (email or phone number).
  • Digital submissions should be in JPEG or PDF format.
4. Judging Criteria
  • Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
  • They must have the “Cycle Right” theme.
  • Creativity and originality
  • Colour coordination
  • Neatness and effort
  • A panel of judges from RAYCSPORTS will select the winners. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
5. Prizes
The winners will receive the following prize:
  • Your school will receive a €100.00 voucher towards your schools next Cycle Right lessons with Ray & Tina from RAYCSPORTS.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • Winners will be notified by the 4th October 2024 via [email/phone call].
  • Prizes must be claimed by December 2025 or they will be forfeited.
6. Copyright and Usage
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to grant RAYCSPORTS the right to use, reproduce, and publish the submitted artwork in any promotional or marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and print.
  • All entries remain the property of the participant; however, RAYCSPORTS retains the right to use them for any future promotions.
7. Liability
  • RAYCSPORTS is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
  • RAYCSPORTS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.
8. Privacy
  • Personal data provided by participants will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Agreement
  • By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
